Spa treatments are the various techniques used to cure or alleviate a complaint, or which have a preventative function in avoiding the appearance and re-occurrence of diseases and ailments. Spas are equipped with teams of specialised medical staff who are responsible for assessing the patients' state of health for thermal treatments and determining the degree of incidence of the ailments on their general condition before prescribing the appropriate treatments. Each centre offers one or various therapeutic indications based on the physical and chemical composition of its mineral-medicinal waters.
