Is a steam bath or sweating that takes place in a room at a very high temperature. The word can be used in both female and male, but female is preferable. The wet sauna where the temperature does not exceed 70 ° C and relative humidity is very high, it is known as a Turkish bath .The dry sauna, with temperatures between 80 ° and 90 ° C and minimum humidity, never than 20%, is known as "Finnish sauna" or just "sauna".
