Mists

This technique is applied in a similar manner to steam baths, with the difference that the decomposition process means that the mineral-medicinal waters do not totally evaporate, but instead create a dense mist formed by medium to large droplets which can be inhaled and thus reach the respiratory passages.

Generally, this technique is applied collectively in a room at a high temperature, although it can also be done individually by means of specific machinery which regulates the flow according to need. It is indicated in chronic pathologies of the upper, middle and lower respiratory passages.
